Massive Multiplayer
Former football ace Mario adds thistouch of ambition on the small group of casual online gamers and eSports enthusiasts around Cruiser and Fanny while studying in regards to the Super Bowl level price money there is threatened.

Cruiser's garage converted internet café feels like Foreman's basement in 'That 70's show' five decades later and furnished with the latest work stations and gaming memorabilia. It not simply can serve as world war 2 room because of their online MOBA (Multi-player Online Battle Arena) games, butalso because hideaway from the many set-backs the teenagers suffer in the offline world.

The diverse team throughout the stereotypical online gamer Cruiser, the webcam porn actress and cos-player Fanny and also the self-centric and money-driven newbie Mario embarks on its journey to become the most effective teams on this planet.

Format

GotA consists of 7min-episodes featuring busy dramedy ('A comedy that's not funny' as Fanny explains from the first episode) inside a multi camera sitcom style. Everything occur in the garage of Cruiser's foster home, which has been remodeled with a private internet café.

Within a comedic way GotA - Gods in the Arena counters popular stereotypes about online flash games and shows that a lot of the soft skills you are likely to only expect from traditional 'offline' sports are equally developed in eSports. The show's targeted audience contains online gamers just as much as of people a new comer to on the net and so will not feature tech gobbledygook… unless it's funny, but shares the excitement with this somewhat new wave in sports. It can though; mirror gaming style, overly busy storytelling and iconic characters.

The show is subtitled in Chinese, French, German, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish to succeed in in the market to the key markets for Massive Multiplayer (MOBA) game play.

Cast
The actors have quite definitely been type casted. Close to sound acting training with an affinity for MOBA gameplay, each actor can adequately relate with the specific characteristics of his role. Whether it's hardcore gamer Cruiser, that is very little else but that in his private life, or webcam performer Fanny building on her behalf very successful career like a Playboy model, and all the others.
Crew
The writing- and production- crew throughout the up-and-coming Show Runner and Director danieljanouschekin his second show and multiple Emmy highest rated Cinematographer Bruce Finn consists of plenty of L.A. based film- and tv- talent, them all online gamers. Hence relating well to the online gaming industry and causing design for the show really collaborative environment.
Storyboards

GotA could be the story in the self-centered Mario who befriends having a circle of online gamers and pushes them to participate in a serious online tournament.

Episode 1 (Money On my bank-account) introduces Mario online café / garage Cruiser and Fanny use for his or her casual gaming. While studying regarding the price money Mario persuades them to form a competitive MOBA team. After having a lengthy casting process the GotA team grows to the mandatory size with adding Paine and Vivek in episode 2 (1000 Gamer Girls Waiting for You). Coach joins they as a way to coordinate training and competition, but she also follows her hidden agenda. Tensions rise in the gang as Coach consumes practice by using (out)dated games in episode 3 (Good Game GotA). In episode 4 (Popular in North …) Cruiser inadvertently rises to the team leader with Coach being fired and Mario defecting to North Korea. Episode 5 (Winners like us) concludes the series together with the five playing their utmost game against a hotly favored Korean team to be entitled to 'The Finals'. Causing potentially Episode 6 to come…

The Characters
Just a few years after his adoption, the 23 year-old Chinese Cruiser, was rendered redundant by the birth of his step sister Paine. The dysfunctional relationship with his foster family drove him in to the remodeled garage and video games in early stages. He developed each of the attributes we like to at gamers probably the most: lazy, fat and antisocial.

The 22 years old porn actress Fanny are at ease with your ex life but enraged with a hypocrite society, with near 66% of people watching porn but all-around 0% accepting performers of this marketplace. Underneath her sexy cosplay uniforms she gets a heart of gold (such a cliché), however, you don't want to encounter her in MOBA, especially when you are displaying a cocky attitude.

Mario can be a 25-year old 'Beau', who regards online gamers with much contempt. He is the kind of overconfident underachiever stuffed to own on a team, but he is energetic and capable to overcome his prejudices in relation to money … and Fanny.

Cruiser's 18 year-old sweet and adorable step sister Paine admires the older boys. Being ignored and banned from the basement by her step brother for so long, Paine put up her very own MOBA routine and become a decent player, anonymously defeating her brother too often.

Vivek, a 27 years old illegal immigrant from India and buddy of Mario is simply very happy to meet with people apart from via the live answering services company hotline of his workplace.
Coach is a 26 year oldLife Coach brimming with esoteric flummery, who was simply brought in to the team to coordinate the players during combat. But she holds a dark secret.
